"My mom has been a patient of the North Babylon office for many years now and the level of care is unmatched. Dr. Kavesteen is kind, caring and a doctor for his patients. Susan Diaz-Giraldo Nurse Practitioner is much more then a medical physician she sat and truly listened to each and every concern and worry with an understanding of what was needed to provide the best care. Each staff member from the technicians to the medical receptionist are warm and inviting while going over and above for each person equally. Staff member Lilly is great my mom gravitated to her positive energy when she was feeling uneasy, she was able to turn her experience around and she now looks forward to her visits. Kristen as well as Debbie are also always of great help to my family, with ease they quickly and efficiently assist with questions or concerns. They are truly a pleasure to work with. The list goes on as each person you'll meet at Heart and Health Medical will make you feel right at home. I am confident that my mom is being taken care of properly by a great group of people and I would highly recommend this group to anyone in search of great medical care."
