One was in the box 3 were not in the box., I understand that policy is not to accept returned items not in their original box, but the fact that your store manager took my email and phone number And didn’t tell me my refund would only be for one of the four, I felt kind of used.   needless to say, I won’t ever be in a Petsmart store again. Was it worth losing my business forever because of this “policy?”"
