"Update: Dr. Palmadessa has a great bedside manner. Explained practice had issues with their phone lines which have since been resolved. Admitted he wasn't always getting his messages, but he's addressed that. Office has definitely improved. Can't get through to office. Dr. doesn't return calls. Disappointing, as I was told it was not like this when it was a private practice."
