"Dr Samsul was my doctor for couple of years. He stop coming at the Paterson office. There is a medication I take regularly. When my refill expired, I was looking for him all over. After 20 calls, finally found his Ny office. I asked if I can see him or get a refill. The office telling me he do not see any patient without an insurance from state of ny. I offered that I will pay for the visit out of pocket cash or cc.They stated I have to be a New York resident and I have to have a ny insurance. I do not think this is true. I had family member who were a visitor here and was able to see multiple doctor, I just had to pay for the visit."
