"I cannot say I would recommend Dr. Menon to anyone. She became my PCP in 2020 when I came to Apollo Medical. She did my annual physical with bloodwork and my results came back positive for syphilis. After having the results back from the lab for 2 weeks and no one reaching out to me a representative from the Department of Health had to call me to inform me I tested positive for syphilis. From this phone call I was shocked confused and afraid because I knew it was not possible for me to be positive for syphilis. Because the doctor did not run a confirmatory test as well I had to go downtown Brooklyn to the Department of Health to confirm. My test came back negative for syphilis. When I returned to this doctor office for a follow up appointment to discuss all of my test results she brushed off the false positive syphilis test as nothing after I already researched that it could indicate about 4 different health conditions. She never bothered to refer me to a specialist to further look into this and just said it was probably a lab error. I went to a new PCP in 2022 that referred me appropriately to a Rheumatologist and Hematologist which is what should of been done in 2020 with this doctor. Now I am finding out 3 years later that I have an autoimmune blood clotting disorder called Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) which is a rare condition that has no cure. I mean what is the point of you being a PCP if something abnormal comes up on my physical and u just ignore it. Not to mention I got pregnant and went through my pregnancy without the appropriate high risk care as this condition also causes miscarriages due to not being diagnosed at the appropriate time but rather late."

"I wish I could give the staff a zero. The doctors are good but the management staff are so unprofessional. They charge a fee for EVERYTHING. A note, a school form... Everything. I tried to get my kid's medical records and no one called me back. Then they closed the office for months without notice."

"This place is horrible if you call to make a appointment or refill your prescriptions no one ever pick up the phone or return your voicemail when you leave one. When you do have a appointment it usually takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to be seen even when its empty. Unbelievable, will be looking for another doctor soon"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t waste your time going to see the doctors/nurse practitioners there. There is a high turnaround for the Nurse Practitioners in addition to the front desk staff. Every time you go you will be seen by someone different so there’s no continuation of care. The worst part about the practice is the office manager Annette, she is rude and is clueless as to how insurances work. She is also very inefficient when it comes to managing the office. When you need a referral it takes them at least 3 weeks before you can get it, so if you’re in pain and you need to see a specialist right away you’re out of luck. You also have to pay $10 to $25 for every medical form to be filled out and you still have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to get it. When a physical is done, blood work is never done on the same day, so you have to take another day off to do this and this is just another way they try to bill your insurance for another visit. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! This is unacceptable as this is supposed to be a doctor’s office. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner, so please don’t waste your time. The only positive thing that I can say about the office is that it is very clean."

"I have been going to this doctor's office for years. I used to see Doc Menon as a child and thought he was great which is why I stayed. But I must say the service is absolutely horrendous. No one ever answers the phone no matter the time of day. And this is ALWAYS the case. I think it's ridiculous that I would have to travel to the office just to make an appointment that is simply foolishness. They aren't current with technology which would allow people to schedule online or see results online. So the least they could do is answer the phones so that people can schedule appointments."
