"This office should be banned from practice. Not only is this dr a sham dr his staff is a joke, the office manager is sp patheic and unprofessional it's unbelievable. going to dr Chakote's office will make anyone feel worst after their visit."
"Dr. Chakote does not truly care for his patients. Every visit I’ve been to. Which was once every week, he knew nothing about me or my health issues. He asked me the same questions every week. Questions that should already be known. He’s rude and unprofessional, he answered a call during my visit with him and carried on with a conversation while on speaker phone. He then carried on to do something non related to my visit in his phone as i sat there in disbelief. He also sat in the room with me taking his mask off to sneeze, multiple times, then rubbing his nose viciously and going back to typing on the keyboard. He then proceeded to touch my paper work and hand it back to me. It was truly a disgusting experience in this office. He doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable on much honestly. When i told him another facility was requiring a physical from my primary doctor, he responded by saying, “who is your primary care doctor.” As if i haven’t been going to him for the past few weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all."
"I cannot even express how uncomfortable this office and the internal medicine doctor made me feel. I came in as a new patient for a refill on a medication I have been taking over a year. This doctor examined me for less than 5 minutes and then ordered a series of tests without ever explaining what they were or what they were for. I asked to be explained what they were for and got only “the doctor ordered them”. The ultrasound technician made me feel very uncomfortable as well as he explained nothing at all he was doing. Highly inappropriate and improper care of patients. Absolutely do not recommend especially for young women."
