"I came to this location because I saw good reviews however I don’t see how. The receptionist had a terrible attitude. I came in because obviously I wasn’t feeling good and online they are labeled as an urgent care. It said they were not so I asked him if they had a card and he points to a QR code and goes “ there’s nothing to call scan”…. but how he said it was very condescending and rude, then he told me to go to the city MD when I asked how can I schedule an appointment… like if I wanted to do that I would have. The professionalism was 0/0 I won’t be returning especially to encounter that sass."

"I appreciate the facility and the care so much. Extremely clean and pleasant from the walk-in. Dr. Ison was amazing as well as her assistant. Great bed side manner, communicates with patient-friendly language and also has a great sense of humor. I left feeling like I'm actually cared for and my concerns are taken into consideration especially as a black woman. I look forward to my upcoming visit."

Most times we go to the doctor in fear of the providers not believing us or not listening to us and come out of those visits traumatized and feeling guilty that what is happening to us is somehow our fault something we did or something we did not do. Sometimes providers have the assumption that we are there just because we don’t want to work and need a sick note. At Docs, the experience is different. They truly understand and care and they take time to explore different options with you. Their body language shows that they listen and that you matter to them. Love the service there! Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the provider for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem as pneumonia. I was feeling so much better within 24 hours taking the antibiotic! Thank you for being so compassionate"
