"With out a doubt one of the worst front office's I have ever dealt with in my life. Just be warned if you decide to go here you will wait a minimum hour to 2 hours past your appointment time, Also the front office employees are the most unhelpful and unprofessional staff that will not make you feel like your well being is important to them at all. Unfortunately most of the patients there have to use this office for lack of transportation, but if you have the means to travel I would look elsewhere."
"Absolutely terrible. No regard for patients appointment time. I had a 1pm appointment and by 2:15 the doctor had not even arrived yet. There were patients in every examination room waiting. This is the 2nd time and I wasted carfare again! Iโm changing doctors."
"Dangerous and negligent. My first visit to the office was in 2020 or 2021 was with Dr. Znamensky. He had decent bedside manner but he sent me for an Echo and would not even get on the phone to tell me the results. Instead, one of the nurses relayed his message but could not answer any questions in detail. When I asked for a call back, I never received one. This May I had to schedule an appointment with Dr. Morales since I am pregnant and my OBGYN team wanted to get a head-start on my care plan being that I have a heart condition. Dr. Morales was very scatted in our meeting but she too sent me for an Echo in June. Again, I could not get a follow up from Dr. Morales, just her staff telling me "Oh the doctor said you're fine, we'll see you after you deliver". Not much feedback to go off of. I asked for written notes, they were never provided. Since I am considered high-risk, my OBGYN team is not comfortable with this feedback so asked me to get a second opinion. I have called the office for 3 days straight to request my records since I am now at 34 weeks pregnant. Monday, I was told my records would be faxed to be because they no longer produce disks - this made no sense to me because obviously images from the Echo would not fax over clearly but this doesn't matter, they were never faxed. I submitted and urgent request via email 24 hours later (after trying to follow up by phone for a majority of the day). It is now Wednesday, I have been calling since the Jersey City office opened this morning. Every time I call I am hung up on or placed on hold for over 20-30 minutes (trust me, I've waited). This is a clear attempt at trying to ignore my request. This is so harmful to my care plan being so far along in my pregnancy. Will be taking legal action if I do not receive a response within 24 hours."
"Dr. Ravi Rathi is literally the most rude, disgusting, discriminative, unprofessional physician I have ever met. His consultations are done with the door wide open for everyone else to hear. There is no such thing as privacy here. One time, he was filling in a previous patients chart on the computer right infront of me and I saw everything, this man better get his act together because HIPAA laws are no joke. He is one of those doctors that will ABSOLUTELY disregard you as a patient and human being. I gave him a few chances and each time I disliked him more and more. As a young woman, he will COMPLETELY brush off your cardiac symptoms because apparently it is always in "our head." He is literally so nice and kind to his other patients but when it came to me, he always had an attitude. I then realized, oh, I am a young woman. This man literally told me in the end "he couldn't help me," I think doctors forget that their job is to TRY to help you and WORK with you, not give up because the case is too complicated. Oh and he literally comes into the room, doesn't say anything and just stares at you until you say something. He has no bed side manners. You will have to CHASE him to discuss your cardiac test results. Even then, he will leave it as it is after and will not help you till you return and complain again. I cannot stand this doctor and I am glad to say I am finally done with him for good. You might just die under his watch. Go find another doctor who really cares about your well being. I felt insignificant and felt like I was not cared for. Dr. Ravi Rathi, I am glad you told me you are "unable to help me," it was a greater sign from the universe that you truly are useless in my case."
"Big waiting area with chairs very spread out. Friendly staff. Everyone wearing masks properly. I was only ever waiting with one other person. Took a while to be seen, but the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I've already recommended them to a friend (as a better alternative to their current doctor)"
