"The medical staff and receptionists are great. But the practice management is TERRIBLE. They schedule unrealistically tight -- I've waited many hours past appointment times, many times, before giving up. I've tried for 5 or 6 years but am now looking for a new primary care office."

"The providers and staff here are very helpful and friendly. The organization around appointments is appalling. Good luck getting through on the phone. I have waited upwards of a half hour only to be punted to voicemail because "no one is available." Telehealth appointments are not fulfilled or are comically late. Their "patient portal" for viewing test results and ordering prescription refills doesn't work, nor does their online appointment scheduler. When I pointed this out to the staff (in-person), they said "oh yeah, that doesn't work." I really wish they could manage to do a better job. I'm reluctant to leave bad reviews, but they give their patients no way to provide feedback. Emails and phones alike go unanswered."

"They NEVER answer the phone, you will wait HOURS beyond your appointment time to actually get into the back. If you have a repeat prescription with them, GOODLUCK getting it filled on time each month, because youll never be able to actually speak to anyone. I came here for the location, and it was a huge mistake."

"HORRIBLE!!! Made an appointment over the phone with the front desk for a lung doctor in two weeks. They took my insurance information and everything. I also got a call the day before to confirm appointment. When I get to my appointment I am then told the doctor doesn’t take my insurance. I work in healthcare and my insurance should of been check prior to; especially since it was made two weeks before. If I could leave zero stars I would! Incompetent staff!"
