"They tried charging me 3x what my copay is and I had to get my insurance involved. They also made me wait 2 hours in the waiting room even though I had an appointment. What's the purpose of booking an appointment if they're just going to make you wait two hours?"

"Saturday October 2, 2021... called repeatedly for a couple of hours early in the morning but no one picked up the phone, which happens often enough. The answering machine is not setup to take messages - as it reminds you that is full. It must be difficult to erase messages from not answering the phone. I walked over because I needed to see doctor and the sole therapist apologizes with a lame smile because he is too busy doing everything... poor practice and bad business. UPDATE: Because they did not like this review I received a phone call (with a seriously bad attitude) on Tuesday October 5, 2021 telling me that I needed to have called the office manager to remedy the situation - as if I need their permission or their approval for leaving a legitimate review."

"Had an appointment at 12 pm, finally entered doctor at 12:45 which is not bad I believe. Staff is quite nice and friendly. No complaints"

"Great place. The guy who runs this place has a few other locations and all are great. I've been going to a few of them over the last 8 years and always had a good experience. It's the best place you are going to find in those neighborhoods and for your money or insurance. Great physical therapy and most of the other doctors associated are very quality."
