"I do like that they call you to remind you for your appointment. I just didn’t appreciate the fact that you pay to see a doctor. And in order to see your results in the patient portal you have to speak to a doctor again. Which is another payment. Many patients that do come to this clinic is low income. And your patient information should not be held hostage! I also had an issue is which my referral was only for 30 days! When you schedule to see a specialist, it be in two months. So they wanted me to come in get a new referral and pay another copay. The issue was resolved. Which was great! At the end of the day, no patient should go threw this! A lot of lower income patients do come here. Other than that, it is fine!"

"The Dr's are great. However, the receptionists dont answer the phone. I've physically witnessed them putting a call on hold just to chit chat and laugh among themselves. This is the reason why calls are never answered. This should be thoroughly investigated."
