"Long wait times (i.e. 2 hrs+ about 10 mins with Dr. Javed) regardless if you have an appointment. Be sure to document your new appointment date and get a E-MAIL confirmation AND written on their business card. If you have to Cancel, BE SURE to get the NAME of the person you are talking to. I was billed a co-payment for a procedure I had no knowledge I was scheduled for, I paid it. Their Patient Fusion webSite is a joke, They do not even check it. I have to answer about 12 questions EVERYTIME I have an appointment and they STILL ask me what medications I am taking."
