"Update: After I posted my negative reviews, the company did reach back out to make this right. Buyer beware!!!!! I bought a queen size pillow from this company through Amazon and returned it because it was too full. This company CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE of $129.99!!!! This was the cost of the pillow!! I did my part and returned it in brand new condition within 5 days of receiving it and have the UPS receipt to prove that it was delivered internally and received by one of their employees!! This is a horrible company to deal with!!!!"
"My new Continental Bedding down comforter (Queen-size Serenity All-Weather) arrived yesterday! I have owned down-comforters my entire life, so I consider myself pretty well-informed regarding down duvets. Here are my observations: 1) The comforter arrived in pristine condition. Clean and no odors at all. 2) As soon as I unpacked it and shook it out, the down started fluffing-up! 3) After airing it outside (with a few shakes to help additional fluffing) for a couple of hours, the duvet is wonderfully fluffy and full. 4) This blanket is super-light and soft. The filling is truly down (I checked and was unable to feel any feathers or quills at all - which is amazing!). 5) Using it this past night I have found it light and sooo warm and comfy I am delighted with this purchase and am confident I will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you for this top-quality product!"
