"I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff here. Everyone was professional and courteous from the parking guys to the medical team. I also had the best RN, Kevin, taking care of me and I was so grateful for his compassion. It made their “no guest policy” easier to tolerate knowing I was in good care. They did not discharge me until they saw I was better and I also appreciated that they called me after to follow up with lab results. As for cons, the ER floor could be more sanitary/clean and the technology is somewhat dated. Other than that, I was glad I picked this hospital."

"I live in East Haven, but my mom picked me up and took me to the ER in Norwalk (where she lives) the entire experience was really great to be honest. From the front desk, the DR., and my nurse. My nurse name was Jacob and he was so sweet. I guess experiencing not so great staff in the New Haven area made me appreciate the great staff in Norwalk even more. I also gave birth in this hospital a year ago. And again nothing but positivity. Each time has been very quick, and prompt. They are very attentive, and caring. I very much reccommend this hospital."
