"i was disgusted and very disappointed at this last appointment this month. I always get my feet measured for insoles to put in my shoes. the foot doctor never even listened to a word I said, and told me to stand on a filthy carpet which I never had to do before. all she did was stare at my feet and she put too much pressure on my feet when measuring them. I tried to reason with her and asked her why. no reason was explained. I hope my next appointment will be better."
