The staff was kind and friendly. I am usually nervous getting an MRI but the team assisting me, checked in with me several times, gave me time frame updates and made sure I was ok!! just amazing!"
"My doctor sent me in to book my appointment for a MRI. When I first came in there were a few people at the desk in line. Once it was my turn the older lady told me to have a seat. I felt like she didn't want to be bothered or didn't want to do it. I waited for a while, which I didn't like. Next time I will call. I ended up going to the other lady at front desk cause the older never called me back up to window. This was my first time. I was a liitle afraid and really didnt know what to expect. The lady was so nice and fast and just great. She answered all my questions and even gave me nice words of encouragement. I loved that!!! She even called the technologist so I could see the MRI machine. He was also super nice and very knowledgeable. My Over all experience was 4 stars. Thank you to the technician and Thank you to the lady at front desk. John and Lala. Thank you radiology. I will return for my Mammogram."

My first time in radiology department I had no idea what to do she was very patient and reassuring to me and my family on our first visit there.
