"Place had bed bugs everywhere and I called to get dif room and mng was rude to me big time... Don't ever use this place. Mng lies and I have pics of the bugs all over my bed and there def bed bugs. Place smelled moldy and stuck really bad. Bathroom was full of hairs and not cleaned right. Don't be fooled bye the low price I checked out early because of the bed bugs and this mng still charged me for the night I had left. Don't go to this location ever ....... Also the mng was so rude to me for no reason. I check in from phone when I go to these hotels for work because I have to do my job first then I go to hotel... I called mng and he lied to me saying it's against the law for him to check me in over phone because of I commit a crime and I'm staying there they will get in trouble.... I called the police department to ask if that's true and the officer said no that's not true. This place was a hassle from day one and a rude rude rude mng they need to be shut down with the mold all over the he once and the bed bugs. I have bed bugs bites all over me this is not right. I'll be calling my lawyer don't go here it's a mess"

"Horrible customer service! Rude and unwilling to help! Someone fraudulently booked a room with my bank card and they refused to help me out with it and stated it was ok for it to happen... Then refused to let me stay in a room for them not wanting to refund my money.... Guy hung up on me, yelled at me and told me not to call again or show up or I will be arrested and that I'm not getting my money back... Then tried charging me another $100!!!! Who would book a room at this bug infested place anyway? I have standards and I would never willingly book at this place ever!!! So beware they don't care about anything but getting money..."

"Nice clean rooms..very quiet setting..was very relaxed after our 10 hr a day shift at local plant..decent convenience store right up street..very reasonable rates"

"This place is falling apart. Outside looks like the roof is going to fall off at any time. Random wires hanging as well as emergency exit signs dangling. Went to check in and all the lights were off in the lobby. Our room window was wide open upon getting to the room. Immediately did a bed bug check and fortunately found no signs. Box springs were broke and creaky, dresser was broken, no bathroom fan. The room looked updated but they continued to use original linens that were very stained. Bathroom wall had obvious water leak damage that was moldy. Shower barely drained and was moldy. Just no thanks to staying here again."

"This place would have gotten 4 stars except for the guy who checked me in at night. Although they did provide a pet friendly room, he told me I could not bring my service dog WITH documentation from a recognized training organization, told me I was not allowed to bring my dog in the lobby. The argument got heated and he even said he "didn't care about the law" and "he could refuse me service. So for him...here.. "Service Dogs in Training: Under Pennsylvania law, individuals with disabilities who use guide or support animals, or trainers of such animals, are entitled to equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and education, as well as equal access to and treatment in all public accommodations, and any housing accommodation or commercial property without discrimination. Violation of this law may result in an award of damages or other remedies pursuant to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. 43 P.S. § 953." . I drove 8 hours and decided it wasn't worth a fight since we needed rest. It looks like in its heyday, was a great place. It's still not a total dive, but could be really nice if revamped. The room wasn't as bad as reviews stated, although it was obviously a smoking room . The morning guy when I checked out.. was an absolute gentleman. Very nice man. I didn't mention the previous night incident. I would not give an overall bad review to a place because of one misinformed, insensitive...person. 5 stars for location only because it's an oasis on a long drive only of you need a quick overnight. They are renovating including the driveway it appears."
