"One week ago my husband and I purchased an Airchair through Culture Shock at the Naples Grape Festival in Naples N.Y.. They seemed like nice if not entirely professional people. They (supposedly) gave us a discount, threw in a free cover yada yada yada. Ran my husband's credit card on the spot. Took contact information by hand in a notebook and told us they would email us a confirmation. A week later no email. Called the credit card company and they have already taken the eight hundred plus dollars even though no delivery was due for three more months. We obtained their phone number and found it is NOT IN SERVICE!!!!! We have now refused the charge through our credit card. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!"

"After one year it is all discolored and the wood arms have all turned black. No one returns calls, even at the Syracuse Home Show we were brushed off and no one would address the issues. This is terrible quality and we paid too much for it to be in this shape now. We even kept it inside. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"
