"Since Dr.Herbst retired this office has gone done hill. I wait consistently at every visit. So far today it's been 40 minutes and there was only 1 person in the waiting room."

"After seeing the reviews on this office, I was apprehensive about my appointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival the front staff was amazing. My wait time was about 10 minutes before I was greeted by a nurse practitioner who escorted me to my exam room & she took my vitals & did a preliminary background on my medical history She was very professional & could not have been nicer. I was then examined by a PA who then brought the Dr in to discuss prognosis & possible treatments. I was very impressed with everyone at this office."

"Zero stars - terrible service since Dr. Engels left. He was a star physician. As for the PA's nurse, I have been without medication for several months, even with private insurance, repeated attempts of communication & yet zero help or compassion. They speak very demeaning & rude to patients."

"This office has gone downhill since Dr. Herbst retired. A few of the office staff need a lesson or two in communication and customer service. The attitudes experienced are deplorable. Everyone's schedules are tight nowadays and the lack of a sense of urgency and respect for anyone else's time besides their own is evident. I've sat waiting for an hour at times past my scheduled appointment time. Then to be given an eye roll by the checkout person when your schedule doesn't fit with their limited availability due to your own commitments and responsibilities. Maybe if you actually received your 5-10 minutes with the physician on or around your appointment time, it wouldn't be so inconvenient to fit in appointments. Not to mention all of the other poor experiences I've had with this office."
