I explained to her the situation and she took the time to sit with me and listen with very much compassion. She made my situation bearable and it meant so much to me that she took the time to listen and not try to pressure me into something that I didn’t want. I want the company to know that she is a real diamond and that others should take lessons and learn the compassion that she has. I would do business a million times over with her."
