"Went there today & did a bottle return- had to goto cust serv where the woman(no picture on wall or name rag to say who it was) called me over but the counter had her last client there still so she had me put the tickets under the plastic wall barrier where the change fell behind her. She literally started yelling and being aggressive towards me. That's not how u treat customers. I told her to have a better day and walked away"

"Love love this stop and shop location. Everyone is always super helpful, smiling and friendly. Every department shines. I sometimes go in thinking of only getting a few things and I always have somebody coming over with a cart to help that works there. Erica in the floral section is always so kind and does such a beautiful job on the prettiest flower arrangements. Customer service truly cashiers and those stocking the shelves. Great job East Islip team!"

"This would be zero stars if it could be. The 'manager' Patricia is an abomination to managers every where. This individual gave me so much side eye and hateful looks and attitude while I was completing my transaction that I literally had to stop and ask her if there was an issue. She just continued to cold stare at me with her mouth agape and looking like she smelled as foul as she looked. Horrible individual. Definitely calling corporate because if this piece of trash is the best this location can do then they should just close. Horrible"

"I love the employees from the produce department, deli, to the meat department! They are very sweet and welcoming. Kathy at checkout always has stickers for the kids and the check out staff is very helpful. The customer service is also very helpful. This is my favorite stop and shop . Always fresh and clean"
