"the cashier would charge you any amount they want. I took picture frame, it had NO price on it ! And I checked all the same ones- none had price. But, the bigger frame was $2.99. the cashier charging $3.99 ! WHY??? it has no price, how do u know what the price? and why its more expensive then bigger ones? the reply: "I just know" well, that case they can charge any amount they want, just because "They know"? And, actually, that's not the first time they do like that. do not put prices on items, and charging whatever. If customer OK with it, it ok, if not, then the customer just leave w/o buying any."
"The old blonde Azeri lady is a thief!steals peoples money!? I gave a 10 for a bounty and received 1 and change back! Walked back in to confront she stated I gave her $5* please check your cameras and employees 11/23/23 1:43-1:55"
"Horrible, horrible and again horrible. The most rudest customer service that you can get. The blond hair lady cashier is rudest ever person who can see. I walked into the store with a stroller and asked if they can help me to find an item and the blond hair lady told me “don’t you have eyes, go find it yourself”, then told me if you don’t like this store you can go to another store. This was my last time in this store. I don’t know what and how the management works here, but they need to do a lot of work."
"RUDE. I asked to show me two items. Guy showed me one and refused to show me second one. Treated me like I am nothing. So I went to a different store and spent my money there instead. They lost about $30. They also post fake reviews, so beware."
"They sell beta fish here, and they are placed in tiny containers too small for even a goldfish. These containers are never cleaned nor are the fish fed, they just sit forgotten on the shelves, many of whom were dead and floating. There must have been 200 of them on the shelves. It’s illegal to sell animals/ fish from a dollar store/ 99 cent store not to mention the stomach- turning negligent conditions they are placed in. I know people don’t look at fish like they do abused puppies or kittens, but no creature deserves to die like that, with no ability to even move. I’ve filed an animal abuse form with the NY Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau and I urge you to do the same!"
