"Great store. Very convenient"

"My recent experience with 7- eleven, was not pleasant experience, I’m a frequent visitor with my kids, we get snacks from this store. We recently interacted cashier “MONTY” he was not customer friendly and what ever we ask his answer is NO. He always with personal call and he is always poor response to customer and I give zero rating for “MONTY” customer service, also we always wait in cash counter. The remaining persons at cash counter they are very customer friendly. I request Management need to take action on him."

"I've been going to your store since it opened and I spend a decent amount of money there. The employees are generally nice and I would have given more stars except for what just happened around 8:25pm tonight. 7/21/22. I went in with 2 winning instant lottery tickets I bought there a few days ago. One $10 winner and one $20 winner. The guy that was working at first tried to say they were both cashed already. I said no they weren't and he pointed to the machine and said yes they were. When I leaned over to try to read what the screen said he pressed something and something printed on the printer. He then handed me the $30. Don't ask me to go to some bit.ly website to communicate further with you about this because I won't. Just go watch the video and you'll see what I'm talking about. I had on a light blue shirt and gray pants."

"This establishment says it’s 24 hours! But I’m outside right in front of the door and it’s locked it’s been like 30 minutes, since I have been standing outside and the lady inside is ignoring me (she has a grey hoodie on). I know she beers me knocking ! Anyway, this establishment is obviously false advertising itself as a 24 hours business when it’s clearly not. Update I hurt called to see what time this establishment opens and the not so kind lady hung up on me but she did say we’re close thank you and then she hung up. I apologize I did not ask what time you close I asked what time you opened !"

"This 7/11 is very clean and well managed by a very friendly staff. Very convenient for a fast stop for decent coffee or cold beverage. They have a hot food section for take out pizza, hot dogs of several varieties and chicken. They are great in manning a second register if they see the line is building up. They always say thank you. It's further then a closer 7/11 to my home but I rather go a bit further because the staff is so nice."
