"This Target and plaza is awful. There’s a long line to check out and no employee helps dictate customers on where to go ( who most are not paying attention bc either they’re texting or on their phone). On top of that to leave this plaza it’s only one exit. Whoever owned and designed this plaza did poor planning because ALL other Target’s have at least two exits. I definitely won’t be back even if it’s not convenient because of the lines you have to deal with everywhere."

"What a dump. I’ve never seen a Target look this bad. Shelves empty and the ones that had merchandise weren’t recovered. I spent 15 minutes looking for an item that the website said they had 3 of. I finally gave up and went to look for team member to help me. That was another 5 minutes and he couldn’t be bothered. He just pointed to a section that was 30 feet long and said if we had it that’s where it would be. I asked if he could confirm that it was in stock, he to go up front and ask! Worst customer service ever."

"I placed two orders online for pickup. Three hours later they told me it was ready for pickup. I get to the store and nothing was ready. I went with the store associate to pick the stuff not knowing how long it would take. I will never again be using this service. The customer service needs to change. The store associates need to be held accountable for their actions"

"Meh. They definitely need to hire more staff. During the holidays, you want to order something and pick up via the drive up option, it takes forever to receive your items. I understand holiday shopping is already hectic but it's so packed and there's not enough workers to bring out items. Also the store selection is okay, on a good day staff is helpful and kind. I'm just grateful to have a target in my area at all!"
