CVS

"I don't know what has happened with this CVS. Lately its been terrible. The pharmacist tells you your medicine will be ready in 1 hour and then you go to pick up and they tell you they don't have it available. I needed my medication before going on vacation and they had me wasting so much time. Mind you, I was so sick and could not be coming back and forth. Terrible service. I’m going to change my pharmacy because everything is so slow... to buy something there's always a long line. Cashiers take forever. I could never just go in and out."

"I walked in and saw a sign at the pharmacy that said they were accepting walk-ins for all vaccines, including flu and covid-19. So I asked to get both vaccines. They said no, I needed to make an appointment and come back. I reminded them what the sign said as I walked away. I'm never doing business here again. I can't stand B.S!!!"

"The worst... pharmacy needs a co pay for everything even when you don't have a co pay, ripping people off because I had my prescriptions transferred and voila no co pay even the medication they said I had to pay out of pocket for was magically covered by my insurance. Customer service is horrendous at the pharmacy nasty attitudes and people who seem to be bothered."

"I had very bad experience at pharmacy her name is Javi had a terrible service. She was very rude and unprofessional speaking. She doesn’t know how to speak with customers I was there to pick up my child medicines. I’m going to change my pharmacy because her bad attitude. If she has problems she has leave those problem at home."

"The pharmacists, James and JV and the entire pharmacy team at this location are phenomenal!! They are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly they are so caring and warm. They truly take an interest in you, not only as a customer but as a human being. I live much closer to a different pharmacy chain but I will never leave this CVS because of the wonderful staff and the amazing service I receive there. They are the absolute best!!!"
