"5 Star product and A class service! We’ve purchased beef from other vendors over the years with mixed results. If the quality was good, then the weight would be low and the price too high. Or if the weight and price were acceptable, then the quality would be off. Tug Hill Beef on the other hand, hit the ball out of the park on all 3! The beef is delicious (and this even coming from my spouse who is a picky eater)! The price also feels like an exceptional value, considering we received a heavy box of steaks/beefsticks/beef short ribs AND an entire box of ground beef. On top of that, I was able to order online and they delivered to my house for free! If you’re in the market for high quality, locally raised beef, then give these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed"

"I'm so impressed with the tenderness and marbling of the beef I have purchased. This is my 3rd order and I haven't been disappointed yet! For years I have always marinated my steak. Not anymore!!! No need to! The orders are always 100% correct and the quality is not even comparable to anywhere else I have purchased from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you're interested or unsure go in halves with a family member or friend. I'm telling you, you'll order again and again. This specific cut is a sirloin. Usually a "cheaper" cut of meat. I made sure it was thawed. I took it out of packaging, padded dry. I then used sea salt, ground pepper, minced garlic, beef base rub and seared it in a hot pan with oil and butter on both sides. I then put on the grill. Perfection!"
