"Iced coffee bar is half empty in the middle of summer- daily checks for availability, has not been replenished for over a week. Milk and creamers at coffee bar are nearly empty and is not stocked with fat free options. Food at the counter looks like it was fresh 20 years ago. Milk refrigerator contains no creamers or half and half. Employees completely unhelpful. This is a franchisee looking to make money rather than cater to customers and it shows."
"I have been going here for years. I really don't like the service. But the location is very convenient. It's right near Roosevelt Field Mall. Today is Bring Your Own Cup Day at 7-Eleven. When I asked if they are participating, the employees said the machine doesn't work when I clearly saw that everyone who was waiting on line purchased one. I don't mind that they didn't participate. But the lying is what I truly disliked. I am so grateful that the 7 eleven around the block participated."
"Their iced coffee & espresso machines at this location haven’t worked for weeks. Plus when you try to redeem points, they erase them & you lose your points. Worst location ever. Steer clear."
"They keep updating there times saying 24hrs….today I looked it says Buisness updated 4 days ago that there open 24hrs….and again close at like 11pm."
"One of the most embarrassing moments of my life. I went with my wife to buy some goodies. When we were going to pay the cashier scanned another 4 items, but at first we didn’t pay attention. After paying we checked the ticket and it was very expensive. So we came back to ask the cashier since we bought 5 items and in the final ticket we had 9 and around of 10$ extra dollar. We asked to change the ticket and get reimbursed for the things that we didn’t buy. The guy was extremely rude with us. In addition, once he made the change in the ticket and corrected the amount of money to be paid, my wife asked for the ticket and the cashier in an aggressive manner took away the ticket of mi wife from her hands. We asked up to 3 times for a copy of the ticket, since we were feeling he was scamming us and we wanted to make sure that we had our money back. After almost begging for the copy, his coworker went to make the copy. For sure, I highly suggest to fire that cashier since it looked that he made the same to other people, scamming who knows how much money for his benefit. This happened yesterday 21st of May around 11pm of the night in case that you owners want to check the cameras."
