"Horrible service. I made an order for same-day product on the website in the photo center, I came the very night, and the gentleman told me it would not be ready until tomorrow. Not only did he say he doesn’t know when tomorrow but sometime tomorrow. I guess that’s what you get when you try to get a picture made at Walgreens instead of going to a professional Place. I would never rely on them, last-minute ever again. I literally just wanted a picture of my grandmother printed out on an 8 x 10 canvas to give to a relative that was in town to surprise them. I made the order early in the morning it said it would be ready in two hours via the email I received, came about seven hours later, and it was in fact not ready."

"This review is for the photo department. I placed a simple order last night, 1 picture, and received the email it was ready this morning. Came to pick it up, gave them all day! Show up and first off the associate is on the phone asks if I need help, tell her I'm picking up. And she says "you'll have to wait", then when she's looking for my order tells me they've been down all day, I explain I placed the order last night and received and email this morning saying my order was ready she says "that means nothing".... that means nothing? No, it means my order is ready and you lost it. They couldn't have emailed me again to let me know that the order was canceled/delayed, or something? Like all other stores do when an item is not available. The walgreens in Hempstead, that's actually always busy is better than this place."

"This was the worst service. I placed an order on 1/15 for photos. It was supposed to be delivered 1/19. It still has not been delivered. I sent two emails with no response. I called today and the online rep called the store. My order had not been started. The rep never apologized for the poor service. I wanted to speak to someone about the service. She transferred me to the nastiest customer service rep. He cut me off repeatedly and blind transferred me without an apology. I get to the person who apologized and got me a tracking number.
