"New Ownership here at this 7-11 and don’t ever wasting your time giving them Business either! They are racist. I went to go cop alcohol and I am well above the age to purchase and they denied me and they try to make me look stupid. I purchase my drinks across the street at Valero very nice people in there. They don’t deserve your business very rude!!!"

"The new employee for the midnight shift is very rude. Sitting down behind the counter on phone calling customer bro not professional at all. I'm sure bathroom need to be clean n fresh food & coffee need to be stocked. So now I go to ocean side 7 11 where I feel comfortable to spend my hard earned money for great service."

"Always the rudest staff, dirtiest floor, out of stock, and no promo signs up. I go to 711 for convenience, but it's just easier for me to drive 4 miles further to the next 711. Its honestly the lazy and rude employees that deter me the most. And I went in tonight; 3 employees none wearing mask or gloves. I'm not going back, and I even tell my friends to go anywhere else."
