"On October 7th, around 8:30 pm, I went to this location, and everything was good while shopping; workers were helpful. But when I went to the register to pay for my items, the man at the register was so drunk I was able to smell him even standing 3 feet away from him. He also had a very bad attitude. I asked him to check my coupons to see if there were any deals that could be applied to my order, and he said straight "No". I checked by myself and saw there were two deals, and I asked him to apply them to my order. He rolled his eyes and gave such a nasty attitude. I never had this kind of experience at any other cvs location."

"Worse drug stores around. I got tired of the unprofessional behavior of the Oceanside location and decided to shop at Rockville centre location, no use, fruit from the same brunch. Got a text 3 days ago for my prescription, arrive in the store to pick up was informed that the message was sent late. So I had to wait to be fill again. 35 minutes waiting."

"CVS staff is unfriendly and detached, with no engagement. The cashier is computerized. The staff did seem not to want to be there. If you asked them questions if feel that you are bothering them. The staff pays more attention to their phones than the customer. I have an office a block away, but I rather move my car and go where people are friendly and welcoming."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Just went to get something and the self checkout machine was acting out and the light beeped for the worker to come help. He was sitting next to the machine and he seemed stoned and on crack. We had to alert him several times to help and he was less than 6 feet away. He was extremely rude and did not seem to care that he was getting paid for being high sitting at the counter doing absolutely nothing. I will never ever come to this dump again. Back ground check your employees next time you decide to hire someone."

"The girl in the drop off counter saw me and turned her back on me and went to the check out counter to help another person who just arrived. I went to the consultation counter and gave my prescription and was told that I will wait for 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went back to the counter and was told by Almighty Chris that "your all set". I told him that I can just come back, he picked up the phone to avoid dealing with me. Yes, they are very good in IGNORING YOUR EXISTENCE despite the fact that I am their patient."
