"People in the early mornings are usually have no idea about how the app works had times where I came at this time 6:15 or earlier before work and I pay through Mobile checkout and they try to have me pay again after showing the mobile receipt and the email confirmation. Today I tried paying with my 7 elevan wallet and the guy scanned and still said I had to pay, and that I can’t pay with the wallet that it’s only for Mobile checkout but I had done it before with the cashier who are there later in the afternoon."

"What a horrible place. Certain items are priced higher than all other locations. I've brought it to their attention and they didn't know what to say. Also the credit card machines never work and they force you to use the ATM and Pay almost $4.00 for the transaction. That's more then a coffee. So I walked out and will never go back again. So many people saw how upset i was that they all walked off the line. Management really needs to be more involved in the franchise. Seems like alot of people are upset about this location. Lost my business at this location."

"Extremely rude. Would not give me a lotto ticket when I turned 18 and proved it to him on my license which he claimed was fake when it’s a real drivers license. Didn’t understand since it’s a new year you can accept people 2005 and over. He scanned the wrong part of my ID purposely to not give me a lotto ticket. Never come to this 7/11!!!!"

"Went there for orange juice (Tropicana), saw they had buy two get one free on 12 oz red bulls so i grabbed three (2 summer editions and 1 peach). It rang out to be $17+ for the. I guess they don't honor their promotions here."
