"Friday at about 4pm on Dec 29th. I’ve been in line for 40 minutes. They started with 5 cashiers and went down to 3. The manager is walking around straightening things. The line is 2 blocks long. People are complaining and the manager does nothing. Instead of checking for prices he’s sending the cashiers to look for prices. So ridiculous. Super poor management and insensitive to the huge line. Understaffed and don’t know how to manage the few staff that’s working. This store is a hot mess. Including 2 of the cashiers that are now playing design consultants with the customers. I would not recommend this store at all. Poorly managed."
"I always find TJM to be cluttered looking. but customers who like to see volumes of clothes would be fine with it. I tend to favor small boutiques. but TJM is a more mid range clothing and accessories store."
"Here now and they literally have 3 people at the register to check out a long long line that goes down to the rest rooms. Terrible not coming here again. Also I have seen a lady with white hair come to the front bark out orders at staff but not help. Don't come here because it looks like all the mangers are on the floor and don't Wana help the cashier."
"This is a good store to pick up inexpensive toys, clothes, houseware, etc. Their is plenty of parking. There does not seem to be many people working there so customer service is on the slow side ."
