Five Below

"First and foremost majority of the store was empty, But that’s not the reason why I gave it one star. I gave it one star because I was being watched and followed the whole time. Every time I would turn my head or look in the corner of my eye I would see the same gentlemen. I wasn’t satisfied with the store so I was about to leave. As I was about to walk though the doors the same man that was following me was holding the door for a lady in front of me (mind u he did ask to see her bags) but he asked if he could check my bag. I didn’t like that at all. He was already following me like a hawk and now he wanted to check my bags. 5 Below gotta get it together!"

"I didn't realize how easy it would be to grab my secret santa gift here... I ended up grabbing 4 skincare sets which cost about $20 and I think someone at my job is gonna have some great skin this winter"

"Management demands everyone to open up their personal belongings in order to exit the store. Regardless if you’re shopping or not. All bags must be checked before leaving the building. It’s a five below. Please provide clear bags for shoppers upon arrival if all personal belongings must be searched through physically. Forest hills location has quality service and more in stock items."

"They usually only keep 1-2 people as cashiers - but that's not the issue, apparently it's supposed to be self checkout or something? It always asks a question at the end, something related to the customer service or the cleanliness of that location. We don't even get a speak in answering to that, they just clear it off as soon as it comes, immediately putting a 5-star to those categories. Think it needs some improve, clearly lacks customer input and feedback."

"Had a great time at Five Below! Visited with my friends and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff as soon as we entered the store. Prices were reasonable, and there were so many choices to explore. Definitely recommend checking it out!"
