"This is just an unpleasant place. Buying a cup of tea is somehow complicated and the lady working there made it that much worse. She wanted to charge me extra for the milk I would add to my tea. I’d just stop by somewhere else next time and would not recommend anyone to stop by here. Overall unpleasant experience of buying a cup of tea."
"I can see why they have all the negative reviews. What a complete mess of management and coordination here at this location. Port Authority needs to get involved and look for another operator or franchise owner for this 711. Next correspondence will be to port authority and 711 corporate offices."
"Thee worst. If it wasn’t for it being the only location by the airport, no one would come. Only have 1 register open at the most busiest times. Most of the customers are on break and don’t have time to wait 10 mins on a line. I wish there was a great coffe place closer so I wouldn’t have to be forced to come to this location. The worst 7 11 ever. You also have to fight to park because the TLC drivers take up all the spots just sitting in their car, when customers actually need to use those parks to visit a store. There is also a big sign that limits the parking time and no one enforces it."
"Horrible service and there are mouses running around, the whole ratatouille family here. There is no hygiene in the store and the workers are self centered and think highly of themselves while working at 7/11. There is 5 people of shift but only one in the front while there is a line of 10 people waiting."
"They have awesome chicken wings, coffee, other snacks like hotdogs, garlic sticks, and potato wedges. The place can get busy at all hours of the day and staff do a great job of maintaining the place. They have a great selection of drinks and snack options for travel. They also have discounted prices every now and then."
