"Zero stars. The worst pharmacy you can find. When I was calling them today I was puttered on hold for 35 minutes and than disconnected. I use them for few years and my medicine was never ready on time. When I called they said it was ready but when I showed up for pick up they made me waiting. They are lying most of the time. Someone staff members are very rude. They don’t respect their clients at all."

"I switched to this pharmacy for my Rx during 2020. Pharmacy is very efficient with moving the line and filling Rx fast. Parking lot is way better than CVS also. The best experience I had so far was with Alex today. He is a delightful, knowledgeable employee. He helped me find my items and was so personable with everyone in line at check out. Because of Alex, I’m looking forward to going to the storefront instead of ordering online."

"I started with CVS until DR on HH opened. Stephanie RPh was the best and sweetest person as well as her staff. The new mgr. is very cold and not a patient advocate. Stephanie's previous staff all left to go elsewhere. The Pharm. doesn't answer their phones in a timely fashion. When they do they hang up on you or put on hold for no less than 20 minutes They have lost the best pharmacists due to the new mgr. In fact, a Stephanie's replacement started and quit within 2 weeks. I have now returned back to CVS - met the RPh Maria - who is very nice."

"Covid shots at this store are given by the same one person who has to fill in prescriptions. Wait time once in the store tanges between 60 to an 90 minutes. Go somewhere else. In the meanwhile, smaller stores have no inventory."

"The employee with no hair in the pharmacy department keep skipping the screen for me to enter Walgreen member number. I don’t understand why employee skipped the screen without even checking with customer whether they have a walgreen member. Then what is the point to set up this member system from walgreen?"
