"The pharmacy is tremendously understaffed the place lacks proper leadership and organization. Poor record keeping, slow service , long lines, and as a result. It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. The customer care stinks!, spend some money and staff the place properly managers. And year later (Feb 2024) . Under staffed, slow, unorganized."

"Normally, I would give this store 5 stars bc the front end mgrs. are very helpful. Especially, Pat. Today I had to pick up a prescription and a young girl named AWATIF waited on me. This is the second time she waited on me. First was in the front - rude and obnoxious. This time was at the Pharmacy. I tried to ask her a question 3x and each time she cut me off. I finally insisted on asking the question, and she stopped talking and allowed it. Then I paid with a card and didn't realize I wanted to use cash. She proceeded to slap my hand with the receipt and said - sorry the transaction went through. There wasn't any one on line after me that this refund transaction would have held up someone picking up their RX. Any other customer service person would have refunded my transaction and then take the cash for the new transaction. I noticed that it was me that she was upset with. Once she walked away - she was all honey sweet to her coworkers. I changed from Walgreen's bc my sweet RPH resigned, and the mgr. of Walgreen's is the nastiest RPH that I ever dealt with. This was an isolated incident. I will see what happens if I deal with her again."

"I enjoy coming here. Whenever I come here it's not very crowded. The self checkout machines are great, at least for me. Combined with their App, result in good deals and being able to get my specialty items."

"This is a very convenient location for me, and with their recent renovation, the store seems more spacious, brighter, and overall cleaner looking. They usually have what I’m looking for."
