"On 02/09, I had the WORST experience with the covering pharmacist. At 9 months pregnant, the last thing I expected to experience was poor customer service, attitude, and unprofessionalism from the main person I needed assistance from. I was picking up a NEW prescription and had questions of what I was prescribed. The pharmacist did not educate me on the product, teach me how to use the glucose machine, or care to provide any advice on best practice. After speaking to me in a condescending matter, she caught an attitude when realizing I needed a refill that was requested 2 days prior via their online platform. She even told me I would’ve had to wait at least 2 more hours as if I haven’t been at the pharmacy since 9am at 9 MONTHS PREGNANT! It was bad enough the pharmacy opened at almost 11am due to having no pharmacist. Imagine me having to wait an extra 2 hours! After notifying her that I been there since 9am and couldn’t wait any more than 30mins, she caught another attitude, said someone will try to assist, and walked off cursing. Yes, CURSING. She continued cursing while walking on the floor to assist another client who was waiting for an injection. This type of service was disgusting. All other staff were pleasant and patient but that pharmacist does not deserve to be in her position if she can not meet the needs of clients without inserting a high level of competence, respect, and dignity for the clients."

"The staff here is great every time in person. I've never had any issues with customer service and find them to be very helpful.. Just don't even bother trying to call if you have a question regarding your prescription. They will leave you on hold until the end of time. CVS corporate pls hire more people that can do jobs like answering the phone :)"

"This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had my prescriptions at!!! It's a disgusting hot mess!! The employees in this location are so stale, worse than 10 days old bread!!! I had to wait over 5 hours in the damn store because they kept saying they were not receiving my prescriptions electronically!! I was sick as a dog!!!! They need to fire the whole damn staff and start with a fresh set of workers!! Look at the Google reviews.. they have a 2 and half star review, and they don't even deserve that!!"

"WORST PHARMACY DEPARTMENT EVER !!!! They never pick up the phone don't have drugs in stock make you run around calling dr unnecessarily because they claim they never got rx the whole staff is rude these people need to shut down or go through corporate training!!!! Like aren't you are pharmacy to help people which they never do !!! They only got one star bc in order for me to write my review ur forced to give 1 star but these people are horrible looking to call business bureau because this business is no good they leave u on hold for like an hour then they hang up the phone my children are sick and can't get their meds this place needs to shut down"

"Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used. There is possibly one nice person behind that counter. The staff is the rudest most unqualified bunch of people I have ever encountered. unfortunately I have needed to be there way too often. Don't bother calling, they just hang up on you after keeping you on hold for 20 minutes-Just happened to me 3 times this morning! Even my Dr.'s office complains about having to deal with this particular CVS. I'm not sure if there is even a manager because no one seems to have any clue and everyone seems completely overwhelmed even when they are sitting around talking to each other. Bad behavior starts at the top and this place seems topless!"
