"The level of unprofessional behavior going on at this pharmacy is beyond belief, they don’t care, don’t supervise, have no respect for their customers and a complete disregard for human decency, this applies to at least half the people working in the pharmacy. Sadly, it is not only at the Liberty Avenue location but it especially true there. The intern pharmacist is the best and most ethical, the rest are paying attention to anything but their job. And we have to rely on these people."

"Worst phone call experience ever. I get New Yorkers are rude, but be professional you chose this career. They answered the phone and placed it down off the hook so they did not have to transfer out a prescription for a member to another pharmacy. It was pleaded with them over and over again that it was another pharmacy calling for the transfer, I could hear them and asked if they could please talk so the transfer could be completed. They chose to ignore the call for 5 minutes while I talked trying to get their attention and disconnected the line. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and I've been in pharmacy for over 10 years. I'm sorry you hate your job and/or life. Quit don't put patients safety at risk. I'm surprised this CVS is still open and their pharmacists haven't been arrested for misconduct. Maybe the State needs to look into the workers here and strip them of their licensure. That's whats needed to fix a mess like this and to prevent future mishaps. Avoid this pharmacy if possible your life may just depend on it."

"CVS Pharmacy is a pretty decent store. It carries a lot of things that Rite Aid, Walgreens and the other pharmaceuticals carry, you can get everything right there. It has a huge parking lot, so no need to worry about that. The customers service can be better at the Pharmacy, to be quite honest. I’ve had my fair share of horrible service there, and I’ve had some pleasant experiences. I guess it all depends in the day? But yes, customer service can definitely be improved. There were a few times I’ve visited and they didn’t have my meds when I needed them. Also, COVID vaccines are administered at this CVS location."
