"The store is beautiful, clean, and offers a large selection of products, but one of the employees is racist. This lady was speaking loudly to a buddy who was not even buying anything at the store, and she was making racist remarks despite the fact that there were customers of many nationalities there, as well as having a bad attitude toward the customers. Employees like this lady direct clients to another location. When you work for a company like Rite Aid, where the customer base is diverse, you should respect them; racial remarks will not go over well. I won't go back to that store anymore."

"I stopped by here to buy some Ibuprofen and a couple more items and I liked that they had a self checkout service. There was a significant wait for those in line for the cashier so I was happy that I had the option to self checkout. I wished more places had this checkout feature."

"I’ve always had my medicine filled with a Rite Aid and have picked up my parents’ medications here multiple times. As a healthcare worker myself, I know how hectic and stressful retail can be. But, no matter how busy the pharmacy staff is, they are always courteous and respectful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the pharmacists to the technicians, I’ve had a pleasant visit. One technician that stood out to me on multiple occasions was Benny. He was kind and patient over the phone. It makes a great difference to have healthcare workers be patient and understanding, especially when you’re not feeling well. Thank you to the Rite aid pharmacy staff here!"
