Neither him or ANYONE was around me at all when I needed help to print photos and when I made a mistake with the computers he just came to yell at me saying that I had to leave from that area. Hopefully some day he will learn some manners and also take a nice shower."

She really truly cares about the customers helped me find discounts and took the time to show me how to do it! IVY is what we look for when it comes to going above and beyond to help someone. "I am completely disgusted by the interaction I just witnessed today by PRAVEEN towards an elder customer who spoke little English and was confused as to how to use his card. He belittled this older Asian man for not understanding English and yelled next time learn to use your card before you come here. And kept yelling your pin your pin hitting the screen. How dare he the audacity of an also immigrant man who’s English is barely any better then the older man. These nobodies get a position of what they feel is status and power and forget they probably didn’t even finish high school back home and English isn’t even understandable in some instances. Walgreens should really reconsider having PRAVEEEN WORK there. Hope this teaches you a lesson PRAVEEN. That even when you think you’re alone in the store and no one is watching someone is always watching. Learn some manners and respect!!!!!"

"I lost my dog yesterday and came to print some fliers. One of the Managers, Jean (I believe) came to help me with my purchase. He was very helpful and so nice which put me at ease. Every time I come in he’s always working so hard. Love my local Walgreens"

"Even though it states open at 8am the staff will literally drag their feet and not assist you until at least 9am and when they’re done with their breakfast. I was Waiting for an hour to take a simple passport picture. And when he did take my picture he left back inside without giving any instructions. No consideration for people on the go"
