"They're okay. Everything useful is locked up, employees are nice enough. I just don't understand why they bother posting their store hours when I go at 10:20 and they are closed when it says they close at 11. Are you kidding me? And once they are out of stock of items it takes a decade to restock. They haven't had Essie nail polish in like three months."

"MOST, and I mean 90%, of the staff working at this location are incredibly rude. As someone who has been in the store multiple times in the past few months, it is very easy to see how unpleasant the workers are. My friend and I went to the store to grab a prescription for her diabetes (obviously very important medication) and they were laughing at us saying she had to be 21 to buy the medication (she showed her drivers license and we are 22/23). It always seems like they look down on the customers and they do not want to be bothered with questions or help people in any way. I’ve heard too many stories and experienced too many situations in person for this to go unnoticed."

"Why are the staff so rude? Is it a job requirement? During the interview process do they make sure their staff are incapable of human decency? Today a woman with a “shift lead” badge could barely be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. Would not help me at all with my simple request that it stated on website you can handle. Not the first time feeling like I’m putting the staff out for asking them to do their job but today the rudeness was laughable."
