"Nobody in the pharmacy ever answers their phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes, people keep on dropping my call, putting me on hold and nobody ever speaks to me. I needed to know if my daughter's epilepsy medication was ready, customer service can give me more information but they NEVER ONCE ANSWERED MY CALL."

"5 stars for Kim. My daughter and i came into the store around 11pm to look for some personal items. She has a bladder of a peanut, asked to use to bathroom. An asian man blatantly denied it. Kim stepped up and helped the desperate toddler. Thank Kim. Please train your staff to treat children better."

(I pressed on the customer service button for three times, it only worked for one time and I was still waiting. The person who is responsible for customer service never came)"
