"I can’t express how happy I was with my experience today at the 31-01 Ditmars location in queens. Jordan at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me and didn’t let me just walk out disappointed. We need more people like him everywhere! I couldn’t have thanked him enough. I hope management knows what a great employee they have working there. Thank you again Jordan!!"
"This place is a wallet drain, only go here for emergencies. Great that it is open 24 hours and has plenty of handy things to offer, but the prices are astronomical compared to other locations. Only use it in dire need."
"Its clean for a cvs, but almost everything on the shelves is locked up. The music in the store is constantly being interrupted by the button asking for help unlocking something. It makes me want to go somewhere else to purchase something where i don't have to wait for the one person on staff to unlock the one item i need."
"I love the 24/7 CVS in Ditmars. The pharmacy and the Minute Clinic are good. It's convenient and they are usually clean and organized."
"Decent CVS. It's conveniently located, and it being open 24 hours is fantastic. It's your average CVS, so you'll find most of the care, home, and miscellaneous products you may be looking for. Having said that, things often seem out of stock, or they're locked in a glass case. Waiting several minutes (and buzzing 2-3 times) for a staff member to unlock basics like chapstick or shampoo gets a little annoying, especially if you're on a tight schedule. I've had to call the pharmacy more than once to tell them about my prescriptions that they received hours or days before but hadn't yet filled for some reason. I'll still continue to come here for the overall convenience, though I wish some of these things that impact customer experience would change."
