"I placed an online order to pick up at the store. I was in the store ready to have my package, but the package was like "already picked up". I asked for help with this problem and it was a disaster! Mrs. Team Leader Chystin L told me that I had to wait for her to take some photographs, when she finished taking the photographs she simply ignored me and shouted "I'm hungry, I'm going to break." I was very surprised and he left me talking alone, the cashiers tried to help me but they didn't give it much importance, they were impressed by the attitude of the team leader. I was finally asked to come back another day. Horrible! Monday 01.21.2024"

"While experiencing severe illness, for which the doctor insisted I remain inside & in bed, I asked Duane Reade pharmacy if they can deliver, to which they immediately responded yes. My prescriptions never arrived!!! No phone call. No text message. No email to explain. I still don’t have my prescriptions. If this had been a life and death situation you would have had quite a case on your hands, not to mention someone’s life. A person’s health is not to be taken lightly. You should be ashamed."

"This Duane Reade needs to get it together. While I understand locking everything up to prevent theft, someone has to be available to open the locks for people who want to buy stuff! I used to like shopping here, now I avoid it as much as possible because I know it will take forever just for someone to respond and unlock a shelf. Today, no one was available on the floor at all so I just left. Please hire more staff!!"

"Second review I’ve written for this place. This is the absolute worst Duane Reade / Walgreens in the city. I wish I could give it -10 stars. Nobody answers the phone, nobody cares, I’ve seen managers yell at staff. Aboslutely horrendous."

"I went there to buy something in the medical department. Something to put on my finger, & help what is there go away. The female Pharmacist was so respectful, & so kind. Helped in all ways possible. She told me she used to work for Montefiore Hospital. The hospital I've been going to my whole life. She's a wonderful Pharmacist. The Assistant manager does not know what respect is. I only had one question for her, & she kept putting me to the side. I was tired of waiting so I just left. Very Respectful Pharmacist. Very Rude Assistant Manager."
