Duane Reade

"Went there to get a prescription filled because I work a block away. First they told me they didn't take my insurance, then told me that I would have to pay out of pocket. I swiped my debit card, they said it wasn't processing for whatever reason. I tried to use my debit the next day and my account was frozen. However, I went to another Duane Reade for the same prescription and got it for $40 less. Smh"

"I requested customer service, waiting 10 minutes but nobody cares, horrible service, no customer service at all. If you need good attitude and service just avoid this place, CVS across the street more better. All cashiers just talked to another but don’t care about customers"

"Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Unprofessional pharmacist and ordering your meds on their website is a joke. I’m switching to a better pharmacy. They messed up my prescription order and blamed their website. Don’t go here."

She took the time to really make sure that my photo order was right and even helped me print out another side because the first set was too dark. She just could not be more amazing and warm and sweet. The store was clean bright and well organized. Thank you!"

"I was made to feel like my son and I was doing something wrong. Security officer walked by my son and I with this angry look like we were about to do something. I hate that feeling and it is wrong. If they are getting robbed like that maybe they should consider moving or closing"
