"Went there to get a prescription filled because I work a block away. First they told me they didn't take my insurance, then told me that I would have to pay out of pocket. I swiped my debit card, they said it wasn't processing for whatever reason. I tried to use my debit the next day and my account was frozen. However, I went to another Duane Reade for the same prescription and got it for $40 less. Smh"

"I requested customer service, waiting 10 minutes but nobody cares, horrible service, no customer service at all. If you need good attitude and service just avoid this place, CVS across the street more better. All cashiers just talked to another but don’t care about customers"
