"I called this CVS to deliver my paxlovid because I have Covid and I’m isolating. They failed to deliver my paxlovid forcing me to go to the crowded store and pick it up myself. When I got home, I noticed the medication was passed the expiration date. Luckily the paxlovid website says the date was extended by a few months, but this CVS really needs to do better."

"The worst pharnacy ever! My elderly mother dreads the time she needs to refill the prescriptions. They always make mistakes and never answer the phone! I didnt believe it at first and tried several times! Nobody assumes responsibility for this this highly unprofessional treatment of customers. Is anybody in the CVS Central Office listening or reading these reviews? Going to call 311 and make a formal complaint!"

"No wonder this cvs has such low rating. The riff raff they have hired has bought the store to the ultimate low it is now, worse than what covid has done to this store. My purchase today was sane day delivery, charged the fee and didn't send correct item. 2 employees (one was a manager) blamed delivery service. Called delivery service and was told that cvs did pack order. 3rd employee when I called back admitted that they packed my order wrong, transfered me to 4th employee which was rude and hung up on me. The order was simple and these couldn't perform this simple task, simple job. But I guess it's easier to do it wrong, blame others and them get offended when customer calls back upset...the world we live in is mind blowing. Can't make this up and can't give zero stars"

"I wish I can give 0 starts as that is what CVS deserves. CVS is a terrible giant conglomerate that only cares about the bottom line of the company for stockholders. Pharmacist and staff are terribly overworked and forget about trying to call the pharmacy. You would be better served by any local pharmacy that hasn't been gobbled up a giant corporation that doesn't care for people."

"This review is for Fatoumata who is a sales girl at this CVS. She went out of her way to help me get what I needed. she checked the basement to see if there were any more left and brought what she found to me. very polite and efficient."
