"Used the Fed Ex drop off to send back a phone and the only thing that made it was the box not even the stuffing to protect the phone made it. That's a learning experience for me as I'll never use this drop off point again."
"This pharmacy on the busy Flatbush Ave corner of 7th Ave in Park Slope is consistently great. The staff are top notch. They are always busy and despite the pressure they must feel every day to keep all their customers satisfied, they do it and they do it well. Even on the rare occasion where an issue arises, I’ve always felt like this pharmacy does everything they possibly can to help by offering clear explanations about what the issue is and even offering suggestions to me when the issue needs to be addressed by me with my insurer. The immediate customer facing staff are always pleasant and somehow manage to remain calm, show empathy and act professionally even when dealing with the not infrequent customer interaction when that person, who probably isn’t feeling so great, has reached their breaking point. Thank you for many years of excellent customer service, Duane Reade."
"Dear walgreens/duane reade. For online order pickups please stop saying go to photocenter.... i ordered online because i am sick and did not want to contaminate your store. I went to the photocenter as directed by your message... the employee at the photocenter yelled at me for not being in the "one line" . I was only following your directions. I would give one star except the male cashier was embarrassed and nice."
"Super rude staff. I called to inquire about my life saving equipment and the person at the other end did not even have the decency to treat me like human leave alone show some empathy"
"Monopolization of pharmacies in the United States leads to too—few stores and long waits for customers."
