However, Nickinta patiently stayed on the phone to lead me to the pharmacy and helped me further to receive the Flu and Moderna shots administered by Fiona. I am pleased I found this Walgreens/Duane Reade; the staff cares about vaccine rollouts, equity, and the Bridge program. Thank you!"

"I checked out this past Wednesday. The lady at the counter told me that there was a special promotion for non members that would give $25 off a purchase. I asked if this was signing up for a credit card and she said no. Throughout the process, I asked twice more if this was signing up for a credit card, if my information would leave the store, if this was only for becoming a member and not for a credit card. I was consistently reassured that this was not for a credit card. Lo and behold it was for a credit card and not only do I now have a useless credit card that I never consented to and that is messing up my credit, but they PUT THE $25 CREDIT AS A CHARGE ONTO THIS CARD. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and to the Bureau of Consumer Protection as this is extraordinarily deceptive and evil. Tl;dr: Duane Reade persistently lied to me and you should not patronize their business"

"I recently turned 65 and have a new RX plan. The preferred pharmacy for this plan is Duane Reade/Walgreen's. The Pharmacists there are the best I've ever dealt with in my life. They helped me transfer my RX's from Rite-Aid to their pharmacy. The 2 Pharmacists there made it so easy for me; I gave them my information and that was it - they did it all. The staff is so professional, efficient and on top of that so friendly and helpful! You guys are the best! Thank you."

"The lines are long here, but they have a large staff working the registers to keep things moving. They have a huge selection of quick meals like cut fruit and sushi. The aisles are a little cluttered and restocking is going on during shopping times"
