"I placed an order in the morning. I received a notification that the order is ready for a pick up. After reaching CVS, 2 employees tried to locate my order for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, unsuccessfully. As a result, my order was cancelled. I wasted time getting to CVS and waiting for nothing. This is a lack of respect for the customer and his time."

"Worst CVS I’ve ever been. They close much earlier than their scheduled opening time and the reason is the staff want to go home early! You can imagine how this happen in the center of NYC. Very unprofessional manager. And the security is rude and disrespectful. Disappointed. This store is harming CVS reputation."

"My friend and I came in for some quick snacks earlier today. And our check out experience was the best we’ve ever had. Brandon was the cashier. He made us laugh, was very charming, and polite. This will now be our go to spot to get snacks before catching our train to go home.. And the store is conveniently located near the train station, which is why we went in the first place. But I will be sure to return. I would give 10 stars if I could!!"
