I decided to return both eyeliners to ensure I could use a coupon that required the purchase of two items. Despite the clear indication on the receipt that refunds were possible, the cashier refused my request. This left me puzzled and dissatisfied, as the refusal was unwarranted. Furthermore, on the same day, I discovered an unauthorized West Union order (19375228410624010303) in my app, which I had not initiated. Fortunately, it was a cash transaction, and I suffered no financial loss. This incident raised concerns about the security of transactions and the reliability of your systems. During my visit on January 6th (order number 19375218913124010603), a staff member, a young lady wearing headphones, struggled with the refund process. She had to call for assistance from a male staff member who seemed to be a manager. The process involved unnecessary delays and, to my surprise, required my ID for a single eyeliner return. This raises questions about consistency and the lack of clear guidelines for staff. On a subsequent visit (order number 19375218914424010603), the same staff member restricted the use of Manufacturer Reward Rebates (MRR) during checkout, despite my knowledge that these rebates can be stacked. This inconsistency in policy implementation is confusing and impacts the customer experience negatively. The pickup experience (order number 210410764375) was equally frustrating. Despite receiving notification that my order was ready for pickup, I faced challenges locating it. Staff at the first counter failed to assist promptly, and the second counter staff insisted I wait until he finished his current tasks. This lack of immediate customer service is unacceptable, especially when time is of the essence. Lastly, on February 1st (order number 1937-5211-6243-2402-0103), I encountered another unpleasant shopping experience. I purchased a case of bottled water and beer at Walgreens tonight. When I went to check out, the middle-aged cashier, who looked like a woman, wouldn't let me use a cart. She said if I wanted to use one, I had to leave my ID with her as a deposit. However, my electric scooter was not outside the store; I had placed it inside near the inner door. As a result, I couldn't carry the water, and it ended up falling on the floor. I wonder why she treated me this way. Was it because I am Asian?."

"I don't like writing reviews but this place really sucks. Online prices are VERY different from in-store. Like, 80%, nearly twice the price, on some items. Staff will tell you to order online to get the online price, but then you need to wait around for them to "fulfill it", what a waste of time. And there's a $10 order minimum for in-store pickup! After standing at the register and placing the order online - as I'm in the store the whole time - I'm told my order was picked up...??? As I've been standing in the store for 25 minutes, without leaving??? Just make the prices the same. I don't want to constantly play this stupid game of "price matching" YOURSELF every time I need to quickly grab a thing or 2"
